A Deal on North Korea
(February 15, 2007) North Korea has agreed to dismantle its nuclear weapons reactors, and both China and the US are taking credit for the breakthrough. But other members of the "six party talks" that negotiated the deal are worried. Unless the issue of Japanese kidnapped by North Korea is resolved, Japan refuses to contribute, and South Korea worries they'll get stuck with the bill.
