Chavez Unforgiven

Chavez Unforgiven

(December 6, 2007) Did Venezuelans vote NO because Hugo Chavez embarrassed them? He seems to pick arguments wherever he goes these days, and the anger and ridicule he's generated may have played a role in voters' rejection of constitutional changes that would have increased his power.
