(December 13, 2007) The 10th anniversary of the Kyoto Protocol has inspired a 10-day UN sponsored conference on climate change in Bali, Indonesia. Delegates from around the world have met to discuss plans for strict CO2 emissions caps. But the United States still has not ratified the treaty, and continues to be the largest polluter worldwide.
