Prosper Ndayizeyi spent three years as a child-soldier with a rebel group in the hills in northern Burundi. When he was released, Prosper came to this centre where child war-victims receive psychological care and classes in sewing. By acquiring new skills, boys like Prosper can start to rebuild their lives and erase the scars of the past.
