(Global Pulse: January 29, 2009) Russia and Ukraine are once again fighting over gas pipelines to Europe. Is this dispute based on Russia exerting its political power over Eastern Europe, or just Ukraine not wanting to pay its bills? Either way, the E.U. doesn't want to be left out in the cold any longer.
