Thomas Ricks, Washington Post journalist and author of the acclaimed book "Fiasco", predicts that the Bush administration will be judged harshly by history, especially for their use of torture. "I think George Bush ultimately will go down as, by far and away, the worst president this country ever had," says Ricks.
