Actress Julianna Margulies, best known for her portrayal of popular ER TV series character Dr. Carol Hathaway, performs in this clip from Culture Project's special discussion on the "War on Terror", "Blueprint for Accountability: Working the Dark Side". From an adapted script by author Ron Suskind's book "The Way of the World", Margulies plays Wendy Chamberlin, former U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan during 9/11 and development worker in Iraq. Chamberlin is a conflicted humanitarian, with an insider's view of the U.S.-led push for democracy and progress in Iraq. "The answers will probably come from people to people, not from government to government," she says.
