This short, from "Veiled Voices" director Brigid Maher, profiles the Abu Nour School in Syria, part of the Sheikh Ahmed Kuftaro Foundation run by the founder's son Sheikh Salah al-Deen Kuftaro. The school has encouraged women students since its foundation over sixty years ago in gender-separated classes. The school also houses over fifty women teachers, and a number of the women teachers have their doctorates and teach both men and women.
