One-third of Americans live on coasts near "Dead Zones", the focus of this week's climate change story. It may sound like science fiction, but these "Dead Zones" are very real places. The northern Gulf of Mexico, the Chesapeake Bay and parts of the Oregon coast -- vast expanses of these waterways are dying from the lack of oxygen.
