Tensions in Copenhagen Over Leaked Climate Change Proposal
(Al Jazeera English: December 9, 2009) Tensions in Copenhagen arose yesterday between developing nations and First World countries after a draft proposal setting unequal requirements for emissions from poor and rich countries was leaked. Also, bad news continues to come out of Dubai, as the Emirate's stock market sunk to its lowest point in a year amid the Emirate's debt crisis. And in Southern Thailand, bombings and shootings have killed at least seven people.
