Also, negotiations are continuing between Israel and Hamas on the prisoner swap deal for captured Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, aid agencies are criticizing the international community for its failure to end Israel's blockade of Gaza, and self-proclaimed al-Qaeda leaders speak out against the United States in Yemen.
