(Cuba/Spain) El Curi (Antonio Curiel) is a transplanted singer-songwriter from Spain. He has a long held affinity with the downtrodden and in his younger days, was a topical singer songwriter. (His 1979 CD was named "The answer is no longer in the wind!") He has played blues, rock acid rock and jazz, and at times made his living playing on the street. Visiting Cuba in 1994, he decided to outstay his visa and lives there still.  His music is very personal and the result is a modern urban fusion, gracefully accomplished.  In this track, he is backed up by Septeto Santiaguero.
