15-year-old Tornike Shubitidze wants to be a cameraman working in film and television. Last year however, he was charged with stealing a washing machine and faced 4-7 years in prison. Juvenile justice reforms supported by UNICEF are allowing kids like Tornike to reclaim their dreams and have a chance at a new crime-free life.
