American Soldiers Killed in Pakistan

An appeals court has asked the International Criminal Court to reconsider charging Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir with genocide for his role in the Darfur conflict. In the latest in a series of attacks targeting Shiite pilgrims, at least 23 people were killed in a bombing in the Iraqi city of Karbala. Also, Dutch right-wing politician Geert Wilders will face charges in a lower court of inciting hatred and discrimination against Muslims.
