(Al Jazeera English News Headlines: February 23, 2010) Sudan's president Omar al-Bashir and the leader of the largest rebel group in Darfur are in Qatar to sign a cease-fire agreement. A landslide has buried dozens of homes, killing an unknown number of people, in Indonesia's province of West Java. Schools are reopening in Haiti, meaning good news for students; but the closures are bad news for those using the schools as shelter.
