
Death Toll in Kyrgyz Ethnic Violence Could Rise
(Al Jazeera English News Headlines: June 15, 2010) Officially there have been 177 deaths in Kyrgyzstan's recent ethnic violence; however, in an interview with interim leader Roza Otunbayeva, she admits that number could rise sharply, to more than 700.
