Landmark Lebanon Visit and Rising Death Toll in Pakistan

(Al Jazeera English News Headlines: July 30, 2010) Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad made a landmark visit to Lebanon amid reports of impending indictments from the UN inquiry into the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minster Rafic Hariri. Then in Pakistan, the death toll from three days of torrential monsoon rains and flooding has risen to at least 430. Rioting has broken out in the Afghan capital after a car accident between NATO and civilian vehicles.
