(Al Jazeera English Headlines: February 7, 2011) Egypt's new Vice President Omar Suleiman has agreed to set up a committee which will consider constitutional reforms but opposition figures and protesters aren't satisfied. This is the 13th day of unprecedented rallies in Tahrir Square. Meanwhile, Al Jazeera has received video of demonstrates being shot by unknown gunmen during the intense fighting in Alexandria and Cairo last week. The United Nations says the death toll is now more than 300.
