Rebel Forces Hold Oil Export Terminal in Brega, Libya

Forces loyal to Muammar Gaddafi have been carrying out aerial bombing raids in the area. The Libyan leader has addressed his people for the third time since the unrest broke out, warning that thousands would die if the West intervened to support the uprising against him. And, the Arab League may enforce a no fly zone in the region; the U.S. is open to all options.
