In this mini-documentary, a goat restocking program supported by Oxfam America, an NGO based in Boston, and their Ethiopian partner GAYO. And explains how a centuries old local tradition of restocking livestock is being used today to empowered women of the Gutu Dobi village of southern Ethiopia. Shows how a donors gift of a goat can significantly help woman as the traditional head of household restock the goats they depend on to live.
