Bob the Baker is the first film in the Spotlight Series. It's a celebration of St. Louis small businesses that exude authentic character and a passion for their craft. Bob and the Carondelet Bakery in St. Louis, has been baking bread for over 47 years. He started when he was 13. Bob is currently trying to sell his space to a new baker so he can retire, but still enjoys the craft and artistry of baking every day.
