Tony Douangviseth

For over 20 years, Tony Douangviseth has been organizing for a quality education for impacted youth and families of color. Mr. Douangviseth is the Executive Director of Youth Together, a multiracial leadership and organizing development organization supporting youth and families to create transformative schools and communities in impacted neighborhoods based in Oakland, CA. Tony was a youth leader in Youth Together where he helped organize the One Land One People Youth Center during high school. After college, he returned to Youth Together to support a statewide campaign to provide more resources for impacted students, the Local Control Funding Formula and is currently supporting young people to have more voice in their education.
