Peace In Colombia - Now Or Never

After five decades of armed struggle, Colombia signed a peace treaty between the FARC rebels and the government, managing to overcome stigmas and legal problems. This was marked as the opening of a new opportunity in the country with the longest war in the world.

Chilean Dictatorship

Uruguayan Dictatorship - Gaucho Power Lives On

The Uruguayan civic-military dictatorship lasted between 1973 and 1985. It was a period during which Uruguay was ruled by a military government that did not abide by the Constitution and emerged after the coup of June 27, 1973. This period was marked by the prohibition of political parties, the illegalization of trade unions, the media, the persecution, imprisonment and murder of opponents of the regime.

Cuban Revolution

In 1959, an insurgent commando led by Fidel Castro took power on the island of Cuba, overthrowing the regime of Fulgencio Batista.
