A voodoo doll must find the courage to save his friends from being pinned to death. When thinking of voodoo dolls, what comes to mind is the harm of another human being through a non feeling object. These voodoo dolls not only feel pain from the needle, but also take on the act of death when encountering the needle to the heart.
Joaquin Baldwin is an animator, designer and photographer from Paraguay, working as a CG Layout Artist at the Walt Disney Animation Studios in Los Angeles. His animated short films have won over 130 film awards. He holds a BFA from CCAD and an MFA from UCLA, where he graduated in 2010 with the help of a full scholarship from the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation.
