On the third anniversary of #TamirRice's murder by police, a reminder that existing while Black is often a fatal offense in America, the Laura Flanders interviews former prosecutor Paul Butler. He talks about his book "Chokehold: Policing Black Men." 

This episode also explores the film "Dispatches from Cleveland," which documents the community organizing that changed the prosecutor's office in Cleveland in the wake of the killing of Tamir Rice.
