Australian Chocolate Maker Strives to Preserve Integrity of Quality Products
Bahen & Co is a "bean to bar" chocolate maker, located in the Margaret River region of Western Australia. They produce stone ground chocolate with only two ingredients — cacao beans and cane sugar — confident that this process preserves the chocolate's integrity and allows the bean to do the talking. This is their story, as told by owner Josh Bahen.
"There's still so much work to be done in what the (chocolate) industry used to have," Josh says.
