Through the inspiring stories of two African environmental activists -Thuli Makama, and Hammer Simwinga-the film explores conservation and sustainable development as a viable method for safeguarding wildlife. The program also bears witness to the human rights violations inflicted on indigenous peoples whose traditional homelands are bordering wildlife conservancies.
