Little Girl Forced to Grow Up Immediately In the Shadow of the Train
Part of a web series focusing on street children, Meherunnesa is a ten-year-old girl who lives by a rail tracks slum in the city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. The train is a ticking clock for all human activities. When Meherun is not playing, she is selling jasmine necklaces at the local traffic light. On an ordinary day, her destiny changes forever. But life continues inexorably under the shade of the night train.
